System Options - Mail

In order for leave requests (or any other email correspondence) to be emailed, this screen will need to be completed. If you do not have the relevant information, such as the SMTP Server address, contact your IT staff for assistance.

If the SMTP Server requires authentication, tick the box and type in the user name and password for this authentication. This is for workflow emails.

The From email address is the display name for the kiosk workflow email.

The Administrator Mailbox email address is mandatory. This is the address to which Support queries, 'Undeliverable' messages, password requests, and error messages will be sent.
